Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- BCE Emergis Inc., the electronic- commerce software arm of Canada's biggest telecommunications company, said it had a fourth-quarter loss of C$121.7 million ($93 million).

The net loss was C$1.18 cents a share, compared with a profit of C$8.6 million, or 8 cents, in the same period a year earlier, the company said in a statement. Montreal-based BCE Emergis said sales fell 11 percent to C$76.5 million.
